I found the trick!
So I found out how to keep the sick fairy away! Basically I have to keep on eating every 2 hrs (at least). Here's the list of what I ate today:
8:00am: Bagel with strawberry cream cheeseThat's a lot of eating in 1 day! Now I'm ready for my prenatal vitamin and go to sleep. :)
10:00am: Carnation Breakfast Drink (Milk)
12:00am: Honey Graham Crackers
01:30pm: Chilli (lunch, which bad choice for pregnant women.. gassy!)
03:00pm: Vanilla Pudding
05:30pm: Fried Rice (dinner)
07:00pm: Apple
08:00pm: mungbean dessert (I heard from my mom it's good for the baby, since it's rich of protein and can make your baby has lots of hair :P)
09:30pm: Chips and salsa
des, punya magh ya ? kok tiap 2 jam hr makan ?
Hahahhaah gak lah... ini kan trick supaya ga mual2.. jadi aku mesti makan tiap 2 jam :) soalnya kalo ga.. mual2 pengen muntah.. td pagi aja muntah lagi kan.. :(
